Production time
All products at Timothy Trone are made-to-order. Please allow:

3–7 business days for production before your order is shipped.

Production time is separate from shipping time.

United States 5–10 business dayss
Total time = Production (3–7 days) + Shipping.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and shipping method. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — sign up for our emails to stay informed.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes charged by your local government. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price. We are not able to predict or refund these fees.
Incorrect shipping address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.
Lost or stuck packages
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, please contact us at Timothy1963Trone@outlook.com so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
